We are looking for a well-organized, collaborative and tech-savvy individual to join our global team as a Data Support Manager in Sarajevo.
As a Support Manager you will be guiding customers and internal teams through their challenges with our software, Dapresy Pro, by becoming a Dapresy Pro specialist and understanding clients’ business, needs and wants. You will be working directly with US clients and potentially during US work hours (Eastern Standard Time).
You will work closely with members of Project Management, Account Management, IT, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that Dapresy Pro consistently exceeds customer expectations, which is why:
